This is 8-bit.
I love this song. It's very well made and it had the calm tone I've tried multiple times to get right, haha. I think I'm going to metaphorically put this on the fridge.

Well, that's always thoughtful. Oh, and my edit of your piano song is almost finished, in case you were wondering.
I'm freaking out.
This is fantastic! Haha I love this song. I'm not even done with it yet. It started up and I freaked out so I had to stop it. Now I'm waiting for it to completely load.
This is one of the first songs I've heard from you with a very fast paced melody. It's awesome.
00:21 - YOU USED MY FAVORITE 8-BIT INSTRUMENT! Hahaha. I need to get that from you. It's the one in the background.
The way the drums came in was awesome. You could have screwed it completely up, but you didn't. It would have been very easy to mess up. I would have, haha.
02:10 - AWESOME. I want to know how you're doing this.
The ending was perfect.
Wooooo
This was actually my first attempt at a fast-paced song. Usually, although my songs tend to play anywhere from 180 to 300 BPM, I space my notes out so much, they just sound really normal. This one, however, I really made use of my notes, making sure everything sounded fast and exciting. And, as I usually do, I slammed as many patterns into each other at the end to make a "big bang," but this is the only song where I managed to get every single pattern together at the end while keeping its coherency.
There is a part in the main percussion that I really hate, but I'm not sure I can change it now, since I've turned it in for the contest.
Nice stuff man!
First, thanks again for reviewing my song. I've been in a drought of musical ability it seems, haha, so it's great to hear something like this.
I'm amazed by this song in so many ways. The layers are perfect and it has a strange tone to it that creates an awesome mood.
I don't have anything bad to say about this.
I almost fell into a coma of awesomeness.
I might suggest you work with octaves a little. For example, you could take the melody and raise it an octave later in the song for a different effect.
I have no real criticism though. This song is absolutely reduxical.
I love this!
If I could find some way to make stuff this great, I'd be so freaking happy, haha. I know it isn't your melody, but the way you used this song was fantastic. I have no complaints.
That means a lot to me; thank you!
Someone needs to make a game with this song.
I'd play Apples for the NES in a heartbeat. It's a classic.
Lol, your comments are always the awesomeness.
I personally think for this to be in any form of game, it'd have to be in the credits or something.
As an actual gameplay song, maybe in loops. OOOHHH, I'm hinting that someone should use it in their Flashes!!!! Muhuhuhuhuhuhahahahahahaha!
Fantastic!
This is great, man. I'd like to think I've improved over time in writing music, but somehow you keep raising the bar!
This reminds me of something that would be on a very successful game. That's a huge compliment, by the way, haha.
Nice!

This is fantastic and I have to say y- SHUT UP WHEN I'M TALKING!
Olololololoolololololool, I see what you did there.
I just noticed this is getting Downvoted. Oh well!
Pretty nice!
I noticed you reviewed a song that was a remix of one of my more popular songs, so I decided I should check you out, and I'm not disappointed! In fact, I wouldn't hesitate in letting you remix one of my songs just after hearing this one!
This is good. It's rated poorly because it's lacking in layered elements. I'd say, if you wanted to edit this, add some background drums at the beginning of this (nothing too flashy), and definitely use the mixer a lot. The mixer makes everything better, haha.
Also, if you want this to loop better, either remove the fade out or create a fade in that will lead back to the beginning. Just matching the first chord and having it fade in from nothing at the end would make this 100x better.
Great job!
Haha thanks a lot! <3 <3
Dude...you gotta tell me what song that was. I downloaded a bunch and have been playing them nonstop lately lol. Lots of awesome shit on here, so underrated.
