"Wooo!"

Posted by OpenLight - October 2nd, 2010

Oookk, so first things first: I finally got a picture for my posts. It's crappy and made in MSPaint, but it is no longer Tank man!

Anyway, I just feel so awesome musically right now. Looking back, I realize that each one of my songs has had its own version of success. Some songs I had to force into higher rankings, but once they hit there I didn't have to keep them there. I have been given 4 amazing remixes and 1 tribute (which I'm still freaking out about, thanks drew). The I want to fly (R-Mix) is absolutely crazy (and by RetromanOMG, who you should check out). I'm listening to it right now and it somehow is one of the most awesome things I've ever heard.

If and when I make another song, I'm hoping it'll be the most epic sounding song I've ever made. Heck, it may pass up Passion Modified if I'm really lucky.

As for the super collab, we'll see how to get that off the ground. It may be like a "this guy does melody, this guy harmonizes, this guy (it would have to be Retroman) does the drums, etc." but I'm not too sure about anything regarding this collab yet.

About our collab.....That's exactly how it should've been done. At least, that's what occurred to me when I finished my bit. You do a melody, and I just provide the drum work.

That would've simplified things a bit, I think.

Hahahaha. Definitely.

If you want, I can make you a 8-bit avatar just for the heck of it. :P

Haha that'd be cool but I'm not sure exactly what it would contain, ha. There's no avatar that's specific to me, so who knows? Though I do use a guy with a shaved head and sunglasses as my character in any game that lets me. Lol

Oh, and I think I Want To Fly is your best song, not Passion Modified.

Haha, thank you. Honestly, I do too. It's my favorite at least, not necessarily the "best."
